Design & Usabillity
20bet’s sports betting and online casino pages are well designed and easy to use. The betting page is the default homepage, but with there being so much to offer on the casino side, there’s no indication they’ve prioritised one over the other.
For sports betting, it’s easy to browse the available markets on a range of sports including football, tennis, basketball, and darts by using the tabs on the homepage. There are also headings for ‘sports’ and ‘live’, so it’s easy to filter for events that are happening right now that you can bet on in-play. When you find a selection you’re keen on, simply add it to the bet slip and choose a stake.
20bet’s casino section is also well organised. We’re always pleased to see transparency with which providers are featured on the site, and 20bet makes it wonderfully easy to browse the games of each developer. Players can search directly for a game if they have something in mind already, or use the tabs to browse. These include: popular, new games, bonus buy, slots, drops and wins, fast games, jackpot, and other. It would be helpful to break down slot games into further categories such as themes and paylines.
The live dealer section, meanwhile, is split from the rest of the casino games, which makes sense seeing as it’s such a large catalogue on offer.
